Here's an easy & yummy green smoothie recipe-- perfect for people new to green smoothies!
Ingredients
  Baby spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ripe banana 2 Large, ripened
  Blueberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Spring water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, combine baby spinach, bananas, blueberries and spring water. Blend until smooth.

SERVING
2. Serve it chilled with fresh fruits.
