|Strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen)|

|Vanilla low fat yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Blueberries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Pour orange juice in blender.
Add banana slices, blueberries, strawberries, yogurt, and ice cubes, if desired, to blender.
Blend on high until smooth.
Pour into glasses.
