Ingredients
  Frozen strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen banana chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apple juice/Soy or rice milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Thursday Feb 8th

Place all the ingredients in a blender and process on high speed until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes, occasionally stopping the blender to move any unblended fruit to the center with a spatula
