Recipe for Antioxidant rich Healthy Smoothie enriched with Vitamin B12, Vitamin B3 and Vitamin B6 based 0 Sugar, 0 Carb Energy Drink Mix , 100% Cherry Tart Juice, Strawberries, Blueberries and Apple.
Ingredients
  Ice cubes 5
  Fresh apple 1 , chopped
  Frozen strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Filtered water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unsweetened soy milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (organic)
  Natural concentrated tart cherry juice 1 Ounce
  Cranberry-grape concentrate 2 Ounce (energy drink)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a smoothie blender, add ice cubes, apple, strawberries and blueberries. Add water and blend them until smooth.
2. Add in the soy milk, cherry juice and cranberry-grape concentrate and blend until the smoothie reaches the desired consistency.

SERVING
3. Pour the smoothie in serving glasses, and serve fresh.
