Ingredients
  Oranges 2 , peeled and cut into chunks
  Ripe banana 1 , peeled and sliced
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Aspartame 1⁄8 Teaspoon (1 Packet)
  Almond extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ice cubes 3
Directions

Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor.
Blend at the highest speed until smooth.
Pour into four glasses.
