Peach Smoothie

  Plain non-fat yogurt 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Ripe peaches 1 Pound
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Liquid fructose 2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon

Divide 1 cup (250 mL) of the yogurt among 8 to 10 sections of an ice-cube tray.
Freeze hard (at least 4 to 5 hours).
Peel, pit, and slice peaches.
Combine peach slices and lemon juice in a blender.
Process until almost a puree.
Add the remaining 1/4 cup yogurt and the liquid fructose and vanilla.
Process into a puree.
Add frozen yogurt cubes and process until smooth.
Pour into four decorative glasses.
