High Protein Smoothie with Strawberry and Banana

Strawberry Banana High Protien Smoothie is my favorite health drink. It can be made with fresh bananas but bananas are high in carbs so I developed my own version of low calorie high protein Strawberry Banana High Protien Smoothie. I use Torani Sugar free banana syrup in place of banana. It has got frozen strawberries in it and is super tasty.
Ingredients
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Protien water mix 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Crystal Light)
  Sugar free banana syrup 1 Ounce
  Frozen strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Take all ingredients in a mixer and blend.
