System Cleanser Detox Smoothie

A great smoothie to detoxify your body, lose weight and pump up your body.
Ingredients
  Ice water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Apple 2 Medium, core
  Ginger slices 2 Small
  Dandelion 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)
  Parsley 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)
  Lemon juice 2 Medium
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Clean and wash the dandelion and parsley, chop the apples.

MAKING
2. In a blender blend apples, ginger, dandelion, parsley, lemon juice and ice water.
3. Blend for 3 minute until you get a smooth texture.

SERVING
4. Serve the Detox Smoothie cold.
