Ingredients
  Banana 1 , chopped
  Kale 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients and blend them together until smooth.
2. Serve.
