Ingredients
  Kale 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Celery stalks 2 , chopped
  Cucumber 1 Small
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pineapple 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cilantro 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients and blend them together until smooth.
2. Serve.
