Rawdawg Rory makes an easy and delicious Green Smoothie.
Ingredients
  Baby spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apple 1
  Pear 1
  Frozen banana 2
  Flax seeds 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Toss all ingredients in a blender.

Blend, pour and enjoy!
