Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
  Evaporated skim milk 12 Ounce
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Concentrated acesulfame k 9 Gram (3 Packets)
  Almond extract 1 Teaspoon
  Concentrated aspartame 1 Teaspoon
  Frozen mixed berries 12 Ounce
  Nonfat yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs) (No Sugar Added, Plain Or Vanilla)
Directions

Combine the first three ingredients and stir them together in a saucepan.
Heat just to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
Stir constantly with a wire whisk.
Turn off the heat; stir in the almond extract, aspartame, and berries.
Let cool and then fold in the yogurt.
