Hot Buttered Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients
  Pineapple juice 5 1⁄2 Cup (88 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Whole cloves 10
  Cinnamon sticks 3
  Lemon 1 , sliced
Directions

In large saucepan, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, butter, cloves and cinnamon sticks.
Bring to a boil; simmer 5 minutes.
Remove spices.
Add lemon slices.
