Ingredients
  Bananas 2 Small, peeled, cut up and frozen
  Skim milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Low fat coffee yogurt 8 Ounce (1 Container)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1 Dash
Directions

1 In a blender container combine bananas, milk, yogurt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cover and blend until smooth.
