Ingredients
  Organic coconut water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Organic pear juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Organic blueberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), frozen
  Organic strawberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), frozen
  Enerfood meal replacement, 2 Tablespoon (Heaped)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender add coconut water, pear juice, blueberries and strawberries.
2. Add enerfood meal replacement and blend all the ingredients.

SERVING
3. Serve Healthy Smoothie as a meal replacement
