Peach and Milk Smoothie

Healthy diet shake, green superfood is a smoothie recipe. This smoothie has essential greens, it is creamy and makes a healthy meal. Good for a family breakfast.
  Organic milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peaches 1 Cup (16 tbs), frozen
  Coconut milk powder 1 Tablespoon (Heaped)
  Enerfood green 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Coconut palm sugar 2 Tablespoon

1. In a blending jar add milk, peaches, coconut milk powder, enerfood green and vanila yogurt.
2. Add Coconut palm sugar and blend all the ingredients until smooth.

3. Pour Healthy Smoothie into glasses and serve.
