Banana Date Smoothie

Dates are high vitamin A and B6, but also in sugar, so just like candy, you don’t want to overdose on them (even though dates’ sugar is obviously natural).
  Frozen banana 2 Large
  Rice milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dates/Almond milk, soy milk 4 Large, pitted (or cow milk if not vegan)
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

1. In a blender, add frozen banana, rice milk, dates and orange juice.
2. Blend till smooth.

3. Serve it chilled.
