So my friend Amy has been blogging about this GREEN MONSTER she drinks after a workout, in the morning or at dinner. I was interested. So I asked me just WAHT that drink was! So I decided to have my first attempt at the drink with YOU guys!
Ingredients
  Almond milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Banana 1 Large
  Non fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baby spinach leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ice cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, add the banana, yogurt, baby spinach, almond milk and ice.
2. Cover and blend the ingredients until smooth.

SERVING
3. Serve this smoothie in a tall glass.

Hey Trulyjess, Spinach Smoothie seems to be tasty. but i can't find almond breeze in my local market. can you tell me some substitute for this?
