Raspberry Orange Brunch Smoothie

Ingredients
  Orange juice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Raspberries 3 Cup (48 tbs), frozen
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Low fat milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Place orange juice, raspberries and sugar in blender; process until smooth.
Press mixture through sieve to remove raspberry seeds.
Stir in milk and serve in chilled glasses.
