Raspberry Orange Brunch Smoothie

|Orange juice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Raspberries||3 Cup (48 tbs), frozen|
|Low fat milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Place orange juice, raspberries and sugar in blender; process until smooth.
Press mixture through sieve to remove raspberry seeds.
Stir in milk and serve in chilled glasses.
