Baby spinach | 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Use fresh, tender leaves) | |
Filtered water | 12 Fluid Ounce | |
Ripe banana | 2 Medium | |
Apple | 1 Medium , cubed | |
Pineapple | 1 Small , cubed (Use Half if large) | |
Ice cubes | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (use more if required) | |
Cashew milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (unsweetened) |
GETTING READY
1. Clean the baby spinach leaves thoroughly and set aside.
2. Peel the fruits and cut into large cubes.
MAKING
3. In the blender, place the spinach leaves, add the fruits, ice cubes and cashew milk (blending at each step). Blend to obtain a smooth consistency.
SERVING
4. Pour into a large glass or mug and serve chilled.
