Grapefruit juice | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Banana | 1 | |
Ice | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (((2 cubes))) | |
Plain yogurt | 2 Tablespoon | |
Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon |
MAKING
1. In blender, pour coconut water, and grape fruit juice.
2. Add banana, ice, yogurt and lemon juice. Blend well.
