Decadent Blueberry Banana Smoothie Without Dairy

On this episode Dr. Ruby shows us how to make a delicious, rich, blueberry-banana smoothie that is dairy-free.
Ingredients
For pumpkin seed milk
  Pumpkin seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), soaked
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Dates 2 , seeded
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Other ingredients
  Blueberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Banana 3
  Ice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING

1. Blend together pumpkin seeds, water, dates and vanilla extract to prepare pumpkin seed milk.

2. Drop in blueberries, banana, pumpkin seed milk and ice into a blender and blend it all together to make a thick smoothie.

SERVING

3. Pour into tall glasses and serve.
