Sirloin

Sirloin is a cut of meat from the lower portion of the ribs of beef. Sirloin is considered as one of the cheapest steaks having two varieties, top sirloin and bottom sirloin. Sirloin steaks are marinated to tenderize their meats, and prepared either by grilling or roasting. Sirloin is served as an accompaniment to garlic butter and french fries.
