The sirloin delight is prepared with diced sirloin and beef stock soup. Seasoned to taste, the sirloin delight is flavored with cream of mushroom soup and simmered to finish. Served beside mashed potatoes or served over toast, it is a smooth and rich to taste.
|Sirloin steak||2 Pound, diced|
|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Onion beef stock soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
Add shortening to sirloin in skillet and brown.
Add water and simmer until meat is done.
Add mushroom soup and onion beef stock and stir well.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over toast or mashed potatoes.
