Say It'S Sirloin

Say It'S Sirloin is a simple dish that is a family favorite at home. I often cook this dish for lunch, during weekends so that my husband can enjoy it too. You can also prepare the Say It'S Sirloin using this excellent recipe!
  Lean ground beef 2 Pound
  Cracker crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Mace 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Catsup 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Melted butter 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon

Mix first 9 ingredients.
Place aluminum foil on broiler pan; pat meat mixture into shape of a sirloin steak, 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick.
Brush with soft butter.
Broil 4 inches from heat for 15 to 20 minutes; do not turn.
If desired, broil 10 minutes longer.
Serve with lemon butter made with 3 tablespoons melted butter, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and chopped parsley
