Brandied Sirloin Tip Roast

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brandy 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Apple juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Boneless beef sirloin tip roast 3 1⁄2 Pound
Directions

For marinade, combine oil, brandy, apple juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and pepper.
Place beef in a plastic bag set into a shallow dish.
Pour marinade over beef.
Close bag.
Marinate in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight, turning bag several times to distribute marinade.
Drain beef, reserving marinade.
Insert meat thermometer into the center of the roast.
Place beef in center of the cooking grill.
Grill 1 to 1 3/4 hours for rare 140°F (60°c, 1 3/4 to 2 1/4 hours for medium 160°F (71°C), or 2 1/4 to 2 3/4 hours for well-done 170°F (77°C).Transfer beef to a serving platter.
Let stand 15 minutes before carving.
