Open Fire Sirloin Steak Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Sirloin steak 1 (1/2 Inch Thick)
  Salt To Taste
  Melted butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  French bread 1 , sliced
Directions

MAKING
1) On each side of the steak, coat with salt
2) Place the salted steak onto hot coals and cook each side for 25minutes till medium rare
3) Cover the top of the steak again with salt and turn onto the other side
4) Cook for an additional 20 minutes
5) Using a sharp knife, slice the steak into serving pieces
6) Coat the steak slices into butter and place atop each French bread slice

SERVING
7) Serve warm
