|Beef top loin strip steaks||4 (Cut 2/3 Inch Thick)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||3 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Thinly sliced green onion with tops||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Dried basil leaves||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
In skillet cook steaks in butter over medium heat to desired doneness, turning once, about 9 minutes for rare, about 11 minutes for medium, or about 20 minutes for well-done. (Electric skillet 350°.)
Remove steaks to warm platter.
Add mushrooms, onion, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and basil to skillet.
Heat till bubbly; serve with steaks.
