Easy Spicy Shrimps
|Large shrimp||1 3⁄4 Pound (Use Raw Ones)|
|Sweet butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Finely minced garlic||1 Tablespoon|
|Finely minced shallots||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon (Use More To Taste)|
|Finely chopped fresh dill||2 Tablespoon|
Peel and devein shrimp.
In a large skillet over low heat, melt butter with olive oil.
Add garlic and shallots and saute for 2 minutes without browning.
Add shrimp, increase heat slightly, and cook shrimp for 3 minutes, or until just done to taste.
Add salt and pepper to taste and toss well.
Remove to a bowl, scraping in all the sauce.
Add lemon juice and dill; toss together well.
Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours before serving.
Adjust seasonings to taste.
