Marinated Shrimp With Italian Dressing

Ingredients
  Jumbo shrimp 2 1⁄2 Pound
  Italian dressing 5 Ounce (0.25 Bottle)
  Pancake mix 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Garlic sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Peel shrimp; leave tails on.
Place in bowl; pour dressing over.
Marinate several hours in refrigerator.
Put pancake mix in paper bag; after shrimp have drained well, shake in bag for coating.
Lay shrimp in large, rather flat pan; add salt and pepper.
Spoon sauce over; broil each side 10 minutes.
