Shrimp Cocktail Aspic a prefect seafood appetizer. I have tasted the shrimp cocktail aspic in my friend's party. The Worcestershire sauce with lemon juice gives the Shrimp cocktail aspic a two dimensional taste. If you are a seafood lover then you should give a try to shrimp cocktail aspic.
Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon (2 Envelopes)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned tomato sauce 16 Ounce (Two 8 Ounce Cans)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Horseradish 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tabasco sauce 1 Dash
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 3 Tablespoon
  Shrimp 9 Ounce, rinsed, drained (Two 4.5 Ounce Cans)
Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water.
Add tomato sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire, horseradish, catsup, Tabasco, sugar, and salt; mix well.
Chill until thick but not set.
Fold in rest of ingredients.
Pour into 1 1/2 quart mold; chill until set
