Ingredients
  Shrimps 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cooked)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Cayenne 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tarragon vinegar/Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.In a mortar, pound the shrimps with salt and cayenne
2.Now add butter and moisten the mixture with tarragon vinegar or lemon juice

SERVING
3.Serve with garlic toast or salads
