Ingredients
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Minced green pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shrimp 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked
  Buttered crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
2.In a pan, melt butter and cook onion and green pepper in it until tender
3.Now blend in flour and mustard
4.Also add milk and cook until thickened, make sure to keep stirring constantly
5.Now add shrimp
6.In a greased casserole, pour the mixture
7.Coyer with buttered crumbs
8.Bake in oven for 20 minutes
SERVING
9.Serve with salads or a sauce of your choice
