Fried Shrimp De Luxe

Ingredients
  Cooked shrimp 2 Pound
  Eggs 1 , fork beaten
  Corn flake crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Dry onion soup mix 1 3⁄8 Ounce (1 envelope)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shredded parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (for deep frying)
Directions

Dip shrimp into egg, then into a mixture of the corn flake crumbs, soup mix and cheese.
(Store leftover crumb mixture, tightly covered, in refrigerator to use for coating meat, poultry, and shellfish, or as topping for casseroles.) Fry the shrimp until lightly browned in hot butter in a heavy skillet.
