Chicken-Ham And Shrimp Dish
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Chicken broth||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Shredded sharp cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked and cubed chicken||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cooked diced ham||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cooked shrimp||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Canned mushroom pieces||4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Chopped pimento||2 Tablespoon|
Melt butter in saucepan; saute onion until tender but not brown.
Stir in flour and salt.
Gradually add milk and chicken broth, stirring until smooth.
Cook until of medium thickness, stirring.
Add cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
Stir in remaining ingredients and heat.
Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
