Shrimp-Stuffed Patties

Ingredients
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Egg white 1 , slightly beaten
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shrimp 1 Pound, cooked, shelled, and deveined
  Pie crust mix 10 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

PREPARATION brown onion and garlic in butter in saucepan add salt and pepper chop shrimp.
Add to onion mixture.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Prepare pastry according to directions on package; roll pastry 1/8 inch thick on lightly floured board.
Cut into 2-inch rounds, place 1 scant tablespoon shrimp mixture on each round.
Fold round in half; press edges together with tines of fork; brush tops with beaten egg, white place on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes, or until browned.
