PREPARATION brown onion and garlic in butter in saucepan add salt and pepper chop shrimp.
Add to onion mixture.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Prepare pastry according to directions on package; roll pastry 1/8 inch thick on lightly floured board.
Cut into 2-inch rounds, place 1 scant tablespoon shrimp mixture on each round.
Fold round in half; press edges together with tines of fork; brush tops with beaten egg, white place on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 425Â° for 15 to 20 minutes, or until browned.
