Fried Shrimp With Herbs
|Green shrimp||4 Large, shelled but leave on the tail|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
Melt enough butter in a pan to cover the bottom by about 1/2 inch (1 cm).
When the butter is bubbling toss in the shrimp and cook them for about 4 minutes on each side or until they are a good pink color.
Place the shrimp on individual ramekins and sprinkle with the salt, pepper, parsley, fennel and lemon juice.
