Potted Shrimp

Potted Shrimp is a tasty dish that will definitely captivate your taste buds. I love the dish and serve it often for grand family dinners or an informal get together. Serve the Potted Shrimp at home and see how tempting it is for yourself!
Ingredients
  Peeled cooked shrimps 8 Ounce
  Butter 6 Tablespoon
  Mace 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper To Taste (For Seasoning)
  Clarified butter 1 Tablespoon (For Sealing)
Directions

Melt fresh butter.
Add the mace and nutmeg and add a good dash of cayenne pepper.
Add the shrimp and coat in the aromatic butter.
Place in pots and when cool pour over them a little clarified butter.
Refrigerate.
To serve, turn shrimps onto a lettuce leaf.
Serve with thin slices brown bread and butter and lemon wedges.
Accompany by cayenne pepper in pot.
