These Fried Shrimps in Batter are simply awesome ! Bite into a piece of this crispy golden brown batter-coted shrimp appetizer with your party cocktails dipped in your favorite savory sauces ! Please do come up with suggestions for these Fried Shrimp if you have any !
Ingredients
  Shrimps 1 Pound
  Egg whites 2
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Frying oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

Shell the shrimps but leave the tails.
Devein and split the shrimps, being careful not to cut all the way through.
Make a batter of the egg whites and flour.
Heat the oil in a deep fryer with a wire basket.
When it boils, dip the shrimps in the batter and drop one by one into the oil.
When they brown and float to the top they are ready, serve very hot.
May be served as an appetizer with cocktails.
