Hot Shrimp Hors D'Oeuvres
|Olive oil/Butter / margarine||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry white wine||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Uncooked medium shrimp||1 Pound, shelled and deveined|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Place butter in a 9 inch round glass cake dish.
Microwave 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds or until melted.
Stir in wine, lemon juice and garlic.
Microwave 2 minutes.
Add shrimp and stir to coat all pieces.
Microwave 4 to 6 minutes or until shrimp turns pink.
Stir twice during cooking.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve with clarified butter
