Sweet And Pungent Shrimp

Ingredients
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), firmly packed
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned pineapple chunks 15 1⁄4 Ounce, undrained
  Green pepper 1 Medium, cut into thin strips
  Onion 1 Small, sliced
  Cooked shrimp 1 Pound, peeled and deveined
Directions

Combine brown sugar and cornstarch in a 3 qt.glass casserole dish.
Stir in vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and juice drained from pineapple.
Cover and microwave 3 to 4 minutes or until thick.
Stir every 30 seconds.
Add pineapple, green pepper and onion.
Cover and microwave 6 to 8 minutes.
Stir once during cooking.
Stir in shrimp.
Cover and microwave 4 to 6 minutes or until hot.
Stir once during cooking.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
