Shrimp De Jonghe
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs), melted|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), minced|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cayenne pepper||To Taste|
|Cooking sherry||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Soft bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cleaned cooked shrimp||8 Cup (128 tbs)|
To melted butter add garlic, parsley, paprika, cayenne and add cooking sherry; mix.
Add bread crumbs; toss.
Place shrimp in 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish.
Spoon butter mixture over shrimp.
Bake in 325 degree oven 20 to 25 minutes or till crumbs brown.
Sprinkle with additional chopped parsley before serving
