Shrimp De Jonghe is a well flavored dish that is both filling and tasty. A perfect dish for your dinner parties, this dish will definitely draw compliments from your guests! Try this Shrimp De Jonghe recipe at home and you will understand why!
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs), melted
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Chopped parsley 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper To Taste
  Cooking sherry 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Soft bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cleaned cooked shrimp 8 Cup (128 tbs)

To melted butter add garlic, parsley, paprika, cayenne and add cooking sherry; mix.
Add bread crumbs; toss.
Place shrimp in 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish.
Spoon butter mixture over shrimp.
Bake in 325 degree oven 20 to 25 minutes or till crumbs brown.
Sprinkle with additional chopped parsley before serving
