|Shrimp||16 Large, peeled, butterflied|
|Vegetable oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
|Dipping sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place the eggs in a shallow bowl, the flour in another shallow bowl, coconut in another and crumbs in a fourth.
Dip each shrimp in the ingredients in this order: (1) flour, (2) egg, (3) coconut, (4) flour, (5) egg and (6) crumbs, coating well each time.
Deep fry the shrimp in 2 to 3 inches of hot oil.
