  Eggs 4 , beaten
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded sweetened coconut 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shrimp 16 Large, peeled, butterflied
  Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Dipping sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Place the eggs in a shallow bowl, the flour in another shallow bowl, coconut in another and crumbs in a fourth.
Dip each shrimp in the ingredients in this order: (1) flour, (2) egg, (3) coconut, (4) flour, (5) egg and (6) crumbs, coating well each time.
Deep fry the shrimp in 2 to 3 inches of hot oil.
