Shrimp Cocktail

Shrimp cocktail is a very tricky recipe. If the shrimps are over cooked they become rubbery and if they are under cooked they don't taste good. Learn the right way to make shrimps.
Ingredients
  White shrimp 20
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Black peppercorns 1 Tablespoon
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fennel 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Take shell off the shrimps.
2. Add fennel, black peppercorns, celery, onion, lemon juice, salt and bring to a boil.
3. Drop the shrimps. And let it boil.
4. When the shrimp are done, place them on a plate with ice.
5. Now devein the shrimps.
6. Serve shrimps with cocktail sauce.
