Shrimp Appetizer-Salad

Ingredients
  Refrigerated shrimp cocktail 16 Ounce (Ready To Serve, Around 4 Glasses)
  Finely shredded lettuce 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sweet pickle relish 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Drain sauce from shrimp cocktails into a small bowl.
(Tip to speed the job: Just empty the shrimps into a strainer set over a bowl.)
Place lettuce in 4 serving dishes or on salad plates; spoon shrimps on top.
Blend mayonnaise or salad dressing and pickle relish into 1/4 cup of the cocktail sauce in a 1 cup measure; serve separately to spoon over shrimps.
(Save any remaining cocktail sauce to season stew or to use as a sandwich spread for another day.)
