Stir Fried Sweet And Sour Shrimp
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Tomato paste||1 Tablespoon|
|Chili powder||1 Pinch|
|Shrimp||12 Large, peeled and deveined|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
Combine the honey, vinegar, crushed garlic, soy sauce, tomato paste, and chili powder in a small bowl.
Add the shrimp and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Remove the shrimp from the marinade and stirfry in the oil for 3 minutes, (less if cooked shrimp are used).
Add the marinade and heat 2 minutes.
Pour shrimp and sauce into a hot serving dish.
Stirfried vegetables may be added if you wish.
