|Shrimp||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Boiling water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Prepared seafood seasoning||1 Tablespoon|
Place rack in cooker.
Put shrimp on rack and pour boiling water and seafood seasoning over it.
Close cover securely and place pressure control on.
Cook 3 minutes after control jiggles.
Cool at once under running water.
Remove shrimp from cooker and cool in cold water.
When shrimp are cool enough to handle, remove shells and black line.
Prepare the cooked shrimp as desired.
