Shrimp In Garlic Butter

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Pound
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), cut in half
  Jumbo shrimp 48 , peeled and cleaned
  Parsley 3 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Melt butter in skillet and heat garlic halves 2 minutes.
Remove garlic.
Add, shrimp to butter and saute for 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
Remove to a hot platter or chafing dish.
Add parsley and sherry to the butter in the skillet; stir until hot, about 30 seconds.
Pour the sauce over the shrimp, and watch them disappear.
