|Kosher salt/Coarse salt||To Taste|
Rinse and dry the shrimp on paper towels.
Heat the oil on a ceramic plate for 1 minute on the highest setting.
Spread the shrimp on the plate and cook for 3 minutes on the same setting, until the shells are bright pink.
Stir and turn the shrimp once to be sure all are cooked evenly.
Immediately roll the shrimp in salt and serve hot.
