|Canned shrimp||5 Ounce (or 3/4 c. cooked fresh shrimp)|
|Soft butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1⁄8 Teaspoon, minced|
Combine all ingredients; spread on tiny crackers or tea sandwiches.
NOTE: Add 1/8 cup chopped walnuts, 1/8 cup chopped pimen to or parsley or 1/16 teaspoon chili powder for variation.
